The rubber part that holds the tablet in place should be made in a way that it doesn't fall off as soon as you take the table off. But when in use, it does it's job, so it's ok in my book.

Good, but not perfect
The tablet holder itself works flawlessly, just the rubber strap could be a bit better. If you use your tablet with a case, it is too narrow.
