Works as expected, it has small guides for cables, a screen / table spacer to hold up your screen/tablet.
A challenge I have with this is more of a ...physical one, combining this with headwind, while still being able to reach the table is challenging - if I bring the table so close I can read all parts of if while cycling, the table is obviously obscuring the fan and my head / upperbody is not getting any cooling. In general though, the headwind fits nicely under the table, and when moved away a bit, the fan is at an optimal position for cooling me.
